Dom’s drum kit, as used in the 2001 era, is back up for sale on eBay!
It can be seen being played here at V2001!
The kit was put on eBay a few months ago with a reserve of £2,500, which (in my opinion) was quite a good deal for a Tama Starclassic Maple as used by the man himself!
It’s now BACK on eBay with a reserve of ONLY £1000!!!!
Bloomin’ bargain if you ask me!!

So, I think,,, we’ve actually finished the album. Its all mixed so we are just listening to it a lot to really make sure its done but we seem to be agreeing it is.
It sounds f**king great and is my favorite album by far, but the new ones always are.!
September is hopefully the month of kick off but there are still lots of things to get together before then. Like learning how to play these songs live for one.. That should take a while!Just want to say thanks to everyone who bought tickets for the tour in the autumn. We are immensely looking forward to it but also can only apologize for some idiot touts that are selling tickets for £200 - £600 in certain places. Obviously this has nothing to do with the band and not something we condone at all. We can try our best to try and prevent this but as you can imagine its quite hard. All our tickets are a fixed price and spending more than that is not something we expect. But keep posted as some more tickets for some shows may get released later down the line.

Yes, The Resistance is on it’s way. Out in a few months hopefully. We’ve just started mixing some tracks and it sounds wicked. Still got a bit more work to do but its coming along nicely.

The Muse Drums website has been a little bit neglected over the past few months, this was mainly down to university studies taking up all of my time, and so for that I’m sorry!
But you know what they say:- “Patience is a virtue”
University has now completely finished and so I have been able to complete the tab that I’ve been working on for ages!

The oldest videos (thus far) of Muse playing live have emerged on Youtube.
This is them, aged 16, playing at a Battle of the Bands contest in Torquay on Saturday 26th of November 1994.
This isn’t the battle of the bands that they won, but it’s a bit of historic Muse you should all watch!
And in part 2, a long-haired (and topless?) Dom does a drum solo! Rock ‘n’ roll!

This time it’s STARLIGHT!!
This is the second of two videos in which the drums were all mic’d up and recorded in a recording studio (cheers Simeon). The cameras were all Panasonic Mini DV cameras and the whole thing was edited in Avid.
This video also includes a step-by-step tutorial on how to play the song!
(The Space Dementia video was meant to have one - hence the “welcome to part two” bit - but recording issues meant it never happened)
Again, the video has been uploaded to the superior video site, Vimeo as YouTube made it all out of sync and low quality!
